Danish Sait has emerged to be one of the most loved people on social media. He has also been taking various caricatures of his to the big screen, the first and the most loved of which is Humble Politician Nograj.
The film released a couple of years ago and it won a lot of interesting feedback for Danish's brand of quirky comedy, which led him to do a couple more films in Kannada. Meanwhile, he, along with co-creator and filmmaker Saad Khan, are gearing up to bring the character once again in front of audiences, with a web series that is set to release shortly.
Danish recently spoke about his preparations when it came to becoming Nograj in front of the camera. He said, "The character, Nograj has a hysterically funny personality with optimistic ambitions. To get into his shoes, demanded a lot of preparation. I had to think and feel like a “scamster”, and to keep the infectious energy consistent. There are some characters that influence your personality and Nograj did that for me in a good way. Though, at times, I do wonder, what will happen to the nation if we actually have people like him."
Danish, whose popularity grew by leaps and bounds with his quirky daily sketches that had the best of showbiz becoming his fans, is also gearing up to bring one more of his caricatures, Gopi, on screen. The film One Cut Two Cut, directed by Vamsidhar Bhogaraju, is also set to release shortly.
