YG Mahendran is an Indian film and theatre actor, director, and screenwriter who has worked in the Tamil film industry. He has acted in over 400 films and has won several awards for his performances, including the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Actor. He is the son of Y. G. Parthasarathy. Mahendran has worked in Kollywood, Indian, and Mollywood entertainment industries and his artwork has been released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam language movies and web series.
