Prajakta Koli, popularly known for her YouTube channel MostlySane, is an Indian YouTuber and actress specializing in comedy videos. Her content primarily revolves around observational comedy related to everyday life situations. In addition to her YouTube success, she gained recognition for her lead role in the Netflix romantic drama series Mismatched.

Prajakta was born and raised in Thane, India. From a young age, she developed a passion for listening to the radio and aspired to become a radio jockey since the 6th grade. She attended Vasant Vihar High School in Thane, where she actively participated in debates and elocutions despite being an average student. Prajakta completed her Bachelor of Mass Media from V. G. Vaze College of Arts, Science, and Commerce in Mulund, affiliated with the University of Mumbai.

Her father, Manoj Koli, transitioned from being a real-estate businessman to a restaurateur, while her mother, Archana Koli, works as a phonetics and language teacher.

Prajakta Koli is in a relationship with Vrishank Khanal, who is a lawyer by profession.
