Joseph Jason Namakaeha Momoa is an American actor. He made his acting debut as Jason Ioane on the syndicated action drama series Baywatch: Hawaii. He is best known for his performance as Khal Drogo in the HBO fantasy television series Game of Thrones (2011-2012). Road to Paloma (2014) was his first film as a writer, actor, producer, and director. In 2016, he was seen in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. His 2017 releases include Once Upon a Time in Venice, The Bad Batch, and Justice League. He was also seen in Aquaman (2018), directed by James Wan. His 2021 release includes Zack Snyder`s Justice League.
