Bio:
Dileesh Philip, also known as Dileesh Pothan is an Indian film director, actor and producer, who works in Malayalam cinema. He made his directorial debut with the 2016 comedy drama film Maheshinte Prathikaaram, starring Fahadh Faasil.Dileesh Pothan began as an associate director on "9 KK Road" (2010) and acted in 44 films. His directorial debut, "Maheshinte Prathikaaram" (2016), won Best Malayalam Film at the 64th National Film Awards. Pothan's subsequent films, "Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum" and "Joji," were critically acclaimed. He also produced "Kumbalangi Nights" and "Thankam."
