Adivi Sesh Sunny Chandra, a prominent figure in the Telugu film industry, was born on December 17, 1984, in Hyderabad, India, and was raised in Berkeley, California, USA. He attended Berkeley High School and pursued his undergraduate studies at San Francisco State University. In his family, he has a younger sister, who is a doctor in the US, and his cousin, Sai Kiran Adivi, is a respected film director. Coming from a background rich in literature and arts, Sesh's grand uncle, Adivi Baapiraju, was a renowned novelist, playwright, and freedom fighter. Sesh himself adheres to a vegetarian lifestyle.
In the realm of his career, Sesh began his acting journey with a brief appearance in the film "Sontham" in 2002. He marked his directorial and leading acting debut in 2010 with the film "Karma."
