With the New Year upon us, here comes a trend storming our Instagram feeds

Better follow a trend this New Year’s than an incomplete resolution. The 10-Year Challenge, or the 2009 vs. 2019 Challenge, or the Glow Up Challenge, or the How Hard Did Aging Hit You Challenge is a ‘challenge’ that is, in fact, not challenging at all. All you need to do: post a ten year old picture alongside your current picture. The trend went ablaze when celebrities both from Hollywood and Bollywood made it their own. And their fans, quite obviously, are going gaga over these posts that are all over social media. Be it JLo's pregnancy at 2008 vs. her bikini body at 2018 or Sonam K. Ahuja sharing a picture of Delhi 6 vs. Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, we here at MovieKoop are also quite smitten. A certain Cyrus, has also blessed our Instagram feed sharing a ten year old picture with husband, Liam Hemsworth. Scroll through our selects of the best posts that have been up on the internet. Also, catch a diva (read: Demi Lovato) who has deemed herself too important to be part of the challenge.
