What to expect from: Thugs of Hindostan

Bollywood's biggest film of the year, Thugs of Hindostan, has begun its promotional journey. Starting off with a logo reveal video accompanied by some fantastic background score, Thugs of Hindostan managed to catch our attention in the right way.

Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and produced by Aditya Chopra Thugs of Hindostan is an Upcoming Movie this year.

The film is based on Philip Meadows Tylor's 1839 novel Confessions of a Thug . It is setup in the Early 19th Century and is about a gang of Thugs who posed a serious threat to the British Empire in India or Hindustan (then known as Hindostan).
Thugs of Hindostan is set to be released during Diwali on 7 November 2018.

The Movie stars Amitabh Bachchan , Aamir Khan , Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh.

The movie gives us an insight into what the Indians went through with the rue of the British and how they were to struggle in the hands of the British. But amidst all the chaos we see a group of Thugs led by the character of Amitabh Bachchan and his daughter played by Fatima Sana Shaikh fight for their freedom and does anything it takes to be free even if it means losing their lives fighting for it.

The trailer shows us the perfect combination of drama, war, action and much more the audiences would want to see on a screen that has kept them much awaiting. But let's not get ahead of ourselves, movie trailers usually give us the wrong idea of what a film is going to be like and then the movie stripes away the expectation that we held for the movie.

As like every Bollywood movie, this too has a woman who is objectifies by the way she talks down to the way she dresses and the way she acts. Even though they do have a balance by adding in a woman who is raised up to be a strong warrior fighting beside her allies to get freedom. Keeping in mind that almost all Bollywood films have to objectify women even if the film has a female protagonist who is strong, witty, independent and makes a livelihood on her own.

Last but definitely not the least we expect to see deep into the lives of the Thugs of India who fought for the freedom they deserved through all the chaos that has been going around. The true struggle that they went through and not just an over dramatized version that would only disappoint the audience who wanted so much more from the movie.

Thugs of Hindostan which is directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and produced under the banner of Yash Raj Films will see Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan collaborating with Big B for the first time on screen and that itself is making us go crazy. The director who has earlier made movies like Dhoom will direct this one too and it seems that we won’t be disappointed with the movie’s final outcome.

Thugs of Hindostan has already become famous thanks to the controversy that suggested the fact that Aamir Khan has replaced Hrithik Roshan who was earlier considered to play this role. But when Hrithik decided to let it go for reasons best known to him, they opted for a safer route by casting Aamir. We are sure that the title which is itself so catchy is making everyone wonder what the movie is all about and if Aamir and Big B will play thieves in the movie or somewhere near the idea. So let us clear all the air and brief you guys what the movie is all about .

Interesting Plot! 

Thugs of Hindostan will have pirates in the narrative and the times when they were popular. So the movie might take a leaf out of Hollywood flick Pirates of Caribbean's book which will see Aamir Khan playing one of the pirates. Interesting isn’t it? This was the only role that Aamir might have not played in his career after portraying the characters of teacher, student, wrestler and even an alien. This is one reason what makes us love Aamir.
