1) Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
Aishwarya’s dress on her wedding day was a symbol of royalty. Her dress was designed by Neeta Lulla. It was an estimated that price of this dress was Rs. 75 Lakh. The saree was crafted with gold border and studded Swarovski crystal. This is the costliest saree a Bollywood actress wore on her wedding day.
2) Shilpa Shetty Kundra
Shilpa Shetty got married to London-based businessman Raj Kundra in 2009 and certainly, it was the talk of the town. The Rs. 3 Crore engagement ring, the incredible guest list and a larger than life celebration, it is still one of the most unforgettable weddings of Bollywood. Shilpa Shetty dolled up in a red saree by ace designer Tarun Tahiliani. It was finished with 8000 Swarovski crystals and was valued at Rs.50 Lakhs. She was also loaded with uncut diamonds, emeralds, and Kundan jewellery.
3) Kareena Kapoor Khan
We know that on her wedding Kareena wore a khandan attire which she was gifted by her mother-in-law Sharmila Tagore. But every girl has their own choice. Kareena designed her own maroon and burgundy lehenga designed by Manish Malhotra. She paired it with heavy diamond necklace with gold and other precious stones studded in it. She was turning begum Jaan of Bollywood by marrying his love Mr. Nawab Khan(Saif Ali Khan) .She has to look like Queen of Bollywood so she spent a lump sum of Rs. 50 Lakh.
4) Bipasha Basu Singh Grover
Bipasha Basu married Karan Singh Grover in 2016 and their wedding was nothing short of a fairytale. The beautiful Bengali bride picked a traditional red and gold bridal ensemble by Sabyasachi and looked like a dream and was valued Rs. 4 lakh. She paired her outfit with heavy kundan jewellery that included a nath, jhumkis, mathapatti and heavy neckpiece from Jaipur Jewels. She pulled off the look with a lot of elegance.
5) Dia Mirza
Dia Mirza got married to filmmaker Sahil Sangha in the year 2014. She looked beautiful in a traditional emerald green and gold lehenga by Ritu Kumar. It was a unique bridal outfit and made out of kurta, farshi, pajama and a dupatta that valued Rs. 3 lakh. It had zardozi embroidery, the kind of craftsmanship that dates back to the Mughal era. The outfit was made keeping in mind Hyderabadi aesthetics, a city in which Dia has lived for quite a few years. She completed her look with emerald, gold and diamond jewellery.
6) Genelia D’Souza
The lovable couple of Bollywood meet on the sets of ‘Tera Naal Love Ho Gaya’ and fell in love in real life too. The couple got hitched into two ceremonies – Christian custom and Maharashtrian tradition. For Maharashtrian ceremony, Genelia wore a Neeta Lulla collection, which was beautifully designed and coloured red with a golden kundan work border. The cost of the saree was Rs 17 lakh. She looked stunning in the wedding attire and we just couldn’t take away our eye from her.
7) Anushka Sharma
Anushka made her day a perfect day with a dress designed by Sabyasachi Mukherjee which was pale pink in color. She looked absolutely stunning in this dress and complemented this dress with traditional Indian jewellery. She spent a total of Rs. 30 Lakh for this beautiful dress.
8) Isha Ambani
Isha Ambani, the darling daughter of Mukesh Ambani has been in the news for some time now. She got engaged to her longtime friend, businessman Anand Piramal in the most adorable way.
Following that the duo celebrated their engagement in Mumbai and threw a grand party with all the Bollywood biggies in attendance.
