Proven again: Diamond are a girl's best friend!
Lady Gaga’s necklace last night not only created history at the Oscar’s, but has a long Hollwood history of itself. It is a 141 year-old rock priced at $30 million. The last person to wear this rock was the legendary actress Audrey Hepburn. It was popularised during the ‘Breakfast At Tiffany’s’ publicity shoot. The necklace creates history on this red carpet allegedly being one of the biggest jewellery worn according to the New York Times. What is better than to show up in jewellery that has a name of itself? The name is Tiffany Yellow Diamond, a 128.54 carat stone.
You might have not been able to take your eyes off it during her musical performance with co-star Bradley Cooper or when she was on-stage to accept her award. But just in case you missed it, here are stills of the magnificent Tiffany diamond.
