Mr. Majnu Movie Review
Modified On: 25 January 2019 | Reviewed By: Team MoviekoopMr. Majnu Movie Review: Love story of two NRIs’ with twists which is too predictable.
Plot:
Vicky played by Akhil is an NRI who is a big flirt and as shown in the trailer does not have a relationship which lasts more than a month.
Nikki played by Nidhhi also is an NRI who has a long list requirement on the guy whom she wants to marry.
Initially, she does not like him but falls for him eventually and convinces him to be in a relationship for 2 months and decide whether to continue it. Why does this never happen to us! Hmmm, weird isn’t it.
He rejects her after 2 months’ time, and she moved back to London. As soon as they separate, he wants her back in a normal filmy cliché.
Then on the movie is about how he wins her back and the length he goes to achieve it.
Acting:
Nidhhi Agerwal looks pretty and graceful. Akhil Akkineni acting is good but proves to be a rookie in emotional scenes as he looks to be trying too hard to get the shot right.
Supporting actors have done a decent job to get the plot right, Especially Jaya Prakash who plays the role of rich industrialist and Vicky’s dad.

Technical:
Direction: Venky Atluri has done a good job in setting up the characters and gets back that Tholi prema feel back in action.
Music: SS Thaman as usual is at his best.
Cinematography: The bright and colourful filter has been used to set up mood for this romantic drama movie which is the right background.
Overall Verdict:
The movie does have its on slow movements but sets things straight by its dance numbers and emotional sequences.
The movie is a one time watch for the hardcore romantic fans.
