Review: 'Kousalya Supraja Rama' explores themes of chauvinism, male ego, and the importance of changing attitudes towards women. It follows the journey of Ram, who grows up emulating his chauvinistic father but faces a turning point in his life when he meets Shivani. The film emphasizes the significance of a mother's unconditional love and sacrifices while also delivering a strong message against the patriarchal society.

Siddegowda (Rangayana Raghu) is a chauvinist who strongly believes that women’s sole duty is to serve the men their lives and take care of the household. He treats his wife (Sudha Belawadi) like a typical patriarch. Ram (Darling Krishna), their only son, grows up watching his father and ends up becoming just like him. His ‘male ego’ knows no bounds. But all hell breaks loose when he meets Shivani (Brinda Acharya). Ram now has two choices in front of him - change his attitude towards women and his assumptions about their in the family or lose his girl. Chaos hovers in Ram’s mind before he makes the final choice, which leads to a heart-stirring climax.

Darling Krishna's performance is praised for showcasing two shades effectively, while Brinda Acharya is noted for her promising portrayal of Shivani. Milana Nagraj's cameo as a strong and straightforward character is highlighted as a standout moment. The movie also provides comic relief through the character of Santu, played by Nagabhushan. The senior actors Rangayana Raghu and Sudha Belawadi are commended for their seamless performances.

Overall, 'Kousalya Supraja Rama' has the potential to appeal to various audiences with its resonating message and emotional connect. It explores meaningful themes and addresses the issue of male ego and gender roles in a family.
