3 Years Of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Epic Movie Bajirao Mastani
Bajirao Mastani happened to be Bhansali's dream project, it was created in the 90s and was supposed to shoot in 2003 with Salman - Aishwarya playing the titular role and Rani Mukherjee playing Kashibai. But Bhansali faced an obstacle when Salman and Aishwarya parted ways due to a violent fallout and the film was shelved.
Eleven years later, Bhansali saw Bajirao and Mastani in the form of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, he decided to cast them in it. Priyanka Chopra was also onboard to play Kashibai in the film. Upon release, the film became the highest grossing films of that year and Ranveer earned his Filmfare Award in the Best Actor Category.
14 Years Of Swades Which Was SRK's Noted Performance
Swades happened to be quite different from Gowariker's previous film and the best part about the film was SRK in a never-seen-before avatar as a scientist for NASA, United States. The movie was critically acclaimed and was widely appreciated by many movie buffs but it couldn't collect more in the box office.
Now, the movie is a cult classic and an inspiration for most of the urban youngsters out there. We will never forget Rahman's composition in the movie which still lingers in our ears.
Happy Birthday Richa Chadda: The Actress Who Doesn't Act Like Other Actresses
Richa Chadda started out with Dibakar Banerjee's offbeat flick Oye Lucky Lucky Oye in 2008 and then hit it big with Anurag Kashyap's Gangs Of Wasseypur dulogy. She was awarded for her portrayal in Bhansali's Goliyon Ki Raasleela: Ram Leela and her role of Bholi Punjaaban in Fukrey is considered to be the most memorable one.
We wish to see her more in other flicks as well.
