Vijay Deverakonda-Samantha Ruth Prabhu starter, 'Kushi'will hit screens on December 23

It s said that Vijay plays a carefree youngster and Samantha plays a Tamilian. Sharing the first-look on his social media, the lead actor promised an ‘explosion of happiness, laughter, love and family bonding’. The filmmakers recently also released a glimpse of fight master Peter Heins choreographing an intro scene.

Kushi will hit screens in Telugu,Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. The film is slated for released in theatres on December 23, right on time for Christmas. Samantha too shared the poster, calling it a ‘grand family experience’. Kushi will see music by Hesham Abdul Wahab, a glimpse of which was shown in the motion poster. Cinematography for the film is by G Murali and editing is by Pravin Pudi. The team is currently shooting in Kashmir for the film. Jayaram, Sachin Khedekar, Murli Sharma, Lakshmi, Ali, Rohini, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishna, Srikanth Iyengar, Saranya and others play key roles. This is Samantha’s second film with Vijay after Mahanati and is also the second film with Shiva after Majili.
