Vijay has been titled as the Most Desirable Man 2019 by Hyderabad Times. In the last 12 months, fans have been voting online and with inputs from an internal jury. For the second time in a row, Vijay has bagged the first place with Ram Charan in the second place.
Vijay has been a part of some hit films including Arjun Reddy, Mahanati and Dear Comrade. From his angry young man avatar to his pink lungi, Vijay is dapper and fabulous. In an interaction with the newspaper, Vijay opened up on his desirability and is quite certain that he will win the title next year as well.
Despite being a loverboy on the big screen, Vijay believes love can't be expressed in words. After going through a phase of not believing in it, Vijay adds, "But now, I believe in love and its existence, but I still don't know how to define it. It is dynamic in nature and there are no rules to love. It is constantly changing. I find it hard to define it because I can challenge every definition of love."
Vijay also addressed the buzz around being addressed as 'cocky.' Wondering if he is still like that, the actor added that he will be so until death. "I am very sure that next year, I am going to be the 'Most Desirable Man' again.
On the film front, Vijay has teamed up with Ananya Panday and Charmee for his Bollywood debut in Puri Jagannadh's film. Titled as Fighter, the film will release in Telugu as well as Hindi and will also star Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, Vishnu Reddy, Aali and Makarand Deshpande in pivotal roles.
