At a recent media interaction to promote their new Telugu film 'Dear Comrade', Vijay Deverakonda blasted a reporter who asked Rashmika Mandanna about her broken engagement with Rakshit Shetty.
Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda were in Bengaluru for promoting their upcoming film Dear Comrade which quite stirred up the enthusiasm of fans due to its trailer which garnered good feedback. But things didn't go well with actors and reporter when the question became too personal.
Last year, Rashmika and Rakshit Shetty's failed engagement made headlines. The actress received heavy backlash after she announced the break-up on Twitter.

Recently, at the promotions of her upcoming film Dear Comrade, Rashmika was asked about her split with Rakshit. Her co-star Vijay Deverakonda came to her defense and blasted the reporter.

He said, "I don't even know your question...but it is no one's business. Like I am giving an answer. I don't even understand the question...how is it anyone's business..."
Later Rashmika also responded and said, "It is such a long question for me to understand it as well."
Rashmika had posted the news about the break-up on Twitter in September, last year.
Dear Comrade, directed by Bharat Kamma, will release on July 26.
