Scheduled Release Date for Pushpa 2: Allu Arjun and Sukumar's Film Set to Hit Theatres on March 22, 2024

 Following Allu Arjun's National Film Award win for his performance in "Pushpa," fans have been eagerly anticipating the sequel. Recent updates have revealed the official release date for "Pushpa 2."

According to the latest reports, the rural-centric action drama, featuring Allu Arjun as Molleti Pushpa Raj, is slated for release on March 22, 2024. Director Sukumar and his team are reportedly working to wrap up filming for "Pushpa 2: The Rule" within the coming weeks. A comprehensive post-production phase is planned for the action-packed movie, set to commence right after filming concludes.

Simultaneously, the much-awaited teaser for "Pushpa 2" is anticipated to launch shortly after Allu Arjun, Sukumar, and the crew finish filming the sequel. Director Sukumar had previously confirmed that the second installment of the Pushpa series would be grander and more impressive than its widely acclaimed predecessor. Notably, the script underwent multiple revisions following the massive success of the first part, aimed at appealing to a broader audience.

Set against the backdrop of the Seshachalam Hills in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, the Pushpa franchise recounts the journey of the titular character, Molleti Pushpa Raj, evolving from a humble laborer to a formidable red sandalwood smuggler. Allu Arjun portrayed Pushpa Raj in the film, while celebrated Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil assumed the role of the primary antagonist, SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat IPS.

Rashmika Mandanna essays the character of Sri Valli, who transitions from Pushpa Raj's love interest to his wife. The film features an impressive supporting cast including Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, Sunil, Prakash Raj, Jagapati Babu, Rao Ramesh, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Dhananjaya, Ajay, Kalpalatha, and many others.
