RX100 Movie Review: A Cliched Love Story Which Is Very Stale Now

Poor guy falls in love with a rich girl, a twisted version of Cinderella which is been showcased in every film for years and years together. And now RX100 has fallen into the trap of these tried-tested films which is completely stale and rotten, you expect a fine wine from a bottle like this but it turns out that the wine has reached its expiry date along with the age.

The story begins with a poor man who falls in love with a rich and a beautiful girl who is the daughter of a local politician and the village head. Yet in every film, the girl ends up showing her true colors and starts manipulating the feelings of the male protagonist by faking her love to the hero. The only highlight in this film is the golden 90s Yamaha RX100 model which forms the crux of the story.

Just because Devdas was good that doesn't mean that you need to implement the same story the whole time. The director borrowed the elements of Arjun Reddy which also had a similar storyline, but this one fails miserably.

My final verdict of this film is that it is best not to watch this film, if you want to watch it then get ready to face the excessive boredom and torture moments which you will face if you are planning to watch it in the theatres.
