Maharishi : Three shades of Mahesh, Three Lead Characters and Three years endeavour of Director! Culminating into Housefull Advance bookings!
Though the trailer almost reveals what all is happening in the movie, it also makes you intrigued to know Why? and How? with all the expectations skyrocketing, the Buzz is accurately getting converted into advance bookings at Box Office. Maharshi the Vamsi Paidipally directorial, Stars Mahesh Babu Allari Naresh and Pooja Hegde in lead roles.
Mahesh says it’s a journey of a middle class person who aims big. There is another angle to it which is rare in Telugu and the actor says the audience will be proud to have seen such a film. “Initially I had my doubts playing a college student but after I saw the rushes during the dubbing, I can confidently say that you will see a vintage Mahesh,” he adds in a promotional interview.
Maharshi, the big movie of the season will be entering the theatres within a couple of days. The Mahesh Babu movie has been scheduled to release in the theatres on May 9, 2019. Maharshi has huge stakes surrounding it and the film is expected to perform exceedingly well at the box office. It is being considered as one such film that could break most of the Non-Baahubali records, at the word go.
The Pre-Release business closed on a staggering 100 crore mark, with AP & Telangana theatrical rights getting sold at 76 crores approx. Karnataka went for 8.3 crores and rest of India went for 1.7 crores. The overseas market did a business of 14 crores, making first target of the film as 100 Crore in theatrical share to be called a Hit.
Also, Maharshi has already earned 50 crores from other rights viz. Satellite - 16.5 crores, Digital - 11 crores, Hindi Dub-20.5 crores, others - 2.5 crores.
