'Jersey' Trailer Out Now : Accompanying 'Majili', 'Chitralahari' , Loser-Tales are The New Normal in TFI.

Ever Since the release of the first teaser, Jersey has been much awaited for the new avatar of Nani and the cricketing backdrop. Added the music director Anirudh, the expectations on the project went on to another level. Recently the movie team started the promotion by releasing tracks on youtube, but the response was lukewarm. Today finally the much-awaited trailer is released and it sheds light on not just enough but entire plotline.

In Jersey, Nani plays Arjun, a 36-year-old father whose cricketing career failed to take off during his younger days. But the former sportsman is confident: “I want to start from where I left ten years ago.” The film traces Arjun’s journey and his relationship with his son, who inspires him to return to the game. 

Just a couple of weeks ago 'Majili', starring Naga Chaitanya and Samantha released to a Super Hit Run,  which has a similar plotline. But the change in fate there happens because of a daughter character and in 'Jersey'  there is a son.

Jersey is slated for a theatrical release on 19 April 2019.
