After Massive Success of Geeta Govindam, lead pair Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandana's next outing Dear Comrade's Trailer was released last Saturday, 16th March. Shruti Ramachandran also plays a lead role. It's a pure love story, an emotionally intense love drama says, Director Bharath Kama.

Teaser showcases a Student fight transforming into a Rain Kiss Scene between Vijay and Rashmika with Soothing vocals of Sid Sriram and Iswariya Ravichandran in Background. The glimpse of Vijay Deverakonda's character in teaser reprises vibes of an intense angry young man alike Arjun Reddy, Which raised hopes of all fans.

The plot of the film is touted to be loosely based on a 2017 Malayalam film 'Comrade in America', which has a theme of "How far can you go for love ?". Dear Comrade is a multi-lingual romantic political action drama film written and directed by Bharat Kamma which is produced by Yash Rangineni under the production banner Mythri Movie Makers. Films score is produced by Justin Prabhakaran.

Dear Comrade is expected to hit the screens on May 31 and will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.
