Vijay’s upcoming film ‘Varisu’ trailer released

Vijay’s upcoming film ‘Varisu’ trailer was released last evening and the internet is filled with words and praise for the actor.

The film was earlier set to release in theatres on January 12, 2023; however, now it has been planned by the moviemakers to release the film on January 11, 2023, directly clashing with Ajith’s ‘Thunivu’.

It has been reported that Vijay’s ‘Varisu’ pre-release business has already crossed Rs 90 crore in India. The movie’s pre-release ticket sales in Tamil Nadu are valued at Rs 72 crore followed by Karnataka at Rs 7.5 crore. The movie’s been received well in Kerala as well making the ticket sale to Rs 6.5 crore; however, the makers are yet to announce the film’s earnings in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, ‘Varisu’ is a family drama and it stars Vijay and Rashmika Mandana in the lead role.Other cast includes Sarathkumar, Prakash Raj, Prabhu, Shaam, Srikanth, Sangeetha Krish, Yogi Babu etc.
