The much-anticipated film GOAT (The Greatest of All Time), starring Thalapathy Vijay, is all set for a grand release on September 5, 2024.

Directed by Venkat Prabhu, the movie has already generated significant buzz, especially after the release of its trailer, which has garnered substantial attention online. The film has now been certified U/A by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), heightening the anticipation for its release.

The filmmakers celebrated this milestone with a stylish new poster of Vijay, showcasing his signature swag. The caption accompanying the announcement read, “It is U/A for G.O.A.T. ANNE VARAR VAZHI VIDU @actorvijay Sir A @vp_offl Hero A @thisisysr Magical,” reflecting the excitement surrounding the film.

As the release date approaches, GOAT is poised to make a significant impact, particularly in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The film's strategic release timing, especially after the postponement of Dulquer Salmaan's Malayalam film Lucky Bhaskar, positions it to dominate screens across the regions and potentially set new box office records.

While the plot details of GOAT remain under wraps, the film is expected to be a commercial entertainer with a mix of action, drama, and engaging storytelling. Vijay will be seen in a dual role, portraying both a father and a son. The ensemble cast includes prominent actors such as Sneha, Prabhu Deva, Prashanth, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Laila, Mohan, Jayaram, and Vaibhav, adding depth and star power to the film. With the combination of Vijay's charisma and Venkat Prabhu's direction, GOAT is expected to be a major commercial success.
