Vemal to play a teacher for Bose Venkat's debut directorial-'Ma Po Si'

The first look of the film was launched by prominent stars including Vijay Sethupathi, Shiva Rajkumar, Samuthirakani, Lal, Pa Ranjith, and Mari Selvaraj, who also extended their best wishes to Bose Venkat and Vemal for their new endeavor.

Vemal, acclaimed for his portrayal as a teacher in the 2011 Tamil film 'Vaagai Sooda Vaa,' returns to a similar role after 13 years in 'Ma Po Si.' The first-look poster depicts Vemal teaching mathematics on the board while his students appear disinterested. Notably, the poster also features photo frames of veteran Tamil poets Bharathiyar and Thiruvalluvar, hinting at the film's thematic elements.

'Ma Po Si' is set to be released simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada languages, underscoring its broad appeal across different regions. The film's music is composed by Siddu Kumar, while Iniyan J. Harris handles cinematography and Sreejith is responsible for editing.
