Thimiru Pudichavan Movie Review: A Good Story Fails To Impress Us

Thimiru Pudichavan Movie Review: The film seems to be more of a good vs evil than a sibling rivalry which turns out to be a snooze fest at the theatres.
Most of us have read the tale of Kane & Abel written by Jeffrey Archer which revolved around sibling rivalry of two men of contrasting personalities who want to crush each other with their might. That's what I had expected with Thimiru Pudichavan when it hit the theatres this weekend.
The film revolves around Murugavel who is a police officer from Virudhnagar stationed in the city. He is shocked to see his younger brother turning himself to the path of crime due to the temptation by Padma (Sai Deema), a dreaded criminal. His brother gets killed in gruesome circumstances and Murugavel vows to finish Padma and save the others who get sucked into the glittery world of crime where there is no escape.
Joining him in this mission is Madonna (Nivetha Pethuraj) another cop who becomes his partner-in-crime in this mission.
We had reduced Ticket Price for this movie by Rs.150.

Director Ganesha has used too many elements of good vs bad of his previous ventures in his current directorial and this time he goes overboard with it. You will be tired of seeing the same recipe being cooked for ages and ages which tastes bland even now.
My best advice to everyone out there who are planning to watch this flick is to skip this one. It is not your time and if there is anyone suffering from insomnia, please go ahead and get cured.
