Suriya starrer Kanguva now set to hit theaters on November 14

The much-awaited Tamil film "Kanguva", directed by Siva and starring Suriya in the lead role, is now set to hit theaters on November 14, 2024. Initially, the release was scheduled for October 10, but to avoid clashing with Rajinikanth’s "Vettaiyan", the date was postponed.

Producer Gnanavel Raja has confidently claimed that "Kanguva" is expected to gross over Rs 2,000 crore worldwide, which would make it the first Tamil film to achieve such a feat. He anticipates it will break records and join the elite club of blockbusters like "RRR", "Baahubali", and "KGF", which crossed the Rs 1,000 crore mark. Raja has also promised to be transparent with the earnings, sharing receipts and figures on social media.

"Kanguva" is a high-budget epic period action film, with Bobby Deol, Disha Patani, Jagapathi Babu, and Natarajan Subramaniam in significant roles. The music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad, and the technical crew includes Vetri Palanisamy as the cinematographer and Nishadh Yusuf as the editor. The film will be released in 3D across 10 languages, with an innovative use of AI dubbing to maintain Suriya's voice across all versions.

This epic action drama has been two years in the making and is generating high expectations among fans and industry insiders alike.
