Sketch Movie Review: Mass Action Movie with All the Commercial Elements

Chiyaan Vikram’s fans can rejoice this festive season with Sketch releasing on Sankranthi weekend. Sketch is a typical mass template film that highlights the actor’s charisma rather than the story. Tamannaah plays the girl next door in the movie. Director Vijay Chandar could have made much better use of them. The Plot: Vikram plays Jiiva aka Sketch, a good-hearted, stylish rowdy based in North Madras. His life revolves around his three buddies (Sreeman, 'Kalloori' Vinoth and Vishwanath), his boss (Hareesh Peradi) and uncle (Aruldoss) until Ammu (Tamannaah) makes an entry. She is a girl next door who falls in love with Sketch after the usual misunderstandings. Everything turns messy when Sketch along with his friends lock horns with dreaded gangster in town.
