Sethupathy meets Thalapathy: Vijay Sethupathy joins the cast of Thalapathy 64

It is official! Vijay Sethupathi has been roped in for a pivotal role in Vijay's next, currently dubbed 'Thalapathy 64'. The film is being directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, who made a splash with his debut film Maanagaram.

It was widely speculated that the thriller will feature Vijay in the role of a ruthless gangster and that Vijay Sethupathi will play the antagonist. However, the official confirmation has come in only now.

Meanwhile, the makers of Thalapathy 64 are yet to reveal the complete cast. It has been confirmed that the film will have music by Anirudh Ravichander. Sathyan Sooryan will crank the camera while Philomin Raj will take care of the editing.
