Thalapathy Vijay is the most adored superstar of Tamil Cinema. The actor has an immense number of fans all over the world.  It is quite evident, Thalapathy Vijay fans can go to any extent to support their favorite star. From putting out the huge banners in theatres to waging wars on social media, Vijay fans have done it all. 

Shockingly, haters of the actor have started a new hashtag #RIPactorVIJAY which is currently trending on Twitter. Yes, the hashtag has taken over the social media and fans of Vijay are going berserk over haters spreading the negativity and fake news about the actor. However, many are confused about the reason behind the trending tag. While the actor is all fine and healthy, the trend has left many in a panic situation. One of the Twitter users wrote, "We have a class...we are fans of a distinguished Gentleman..don't trend #RIPactorVIJAY."

More than 50,000 tweets have been registered under the #RIPactorVIJAY. 

To stop the negativity fans started a new hashtag #LongLiveVijay.
