"Maharaja": Unveiling the First Look Poster of Vijay Sethupathi's 50th Film

Vijay Sethupathi, acclaimed for his villainous portrayal in the film "Jawan," is receiving widespread acclaim. Amid the buzz surrounding "Jawan," the creators of his 50th film, "Maharaja," unveiled a fresh poster. This first look poster was introduced in Chennai on Sunday.
During the launch event, Sethupathi took the stage and became visibly emotional as he discussed the film. He expressed his gratitude to the media, saying, "Thank you for your praise and criticism. Turning 50 was unexpected. It feels like a significant milestone, reflecting on how far we've come and the experiences gained, including patience and wisdom. I want to extend my thanks to all the directors and artists who have provided me with valuable experiences."
Vijay Sethupathi also shared the "Maharaja" poster on his social media platforms. The poster depicts a wounded Vijay seated in a barber's chair, holding a sickle. He captioned it with #MaharajaFirstLook.

In addition to Vijay Sethupathi, the film features Anurag Kashyap, Mamta Mohandas, and Natti Nataraj in lead roles. The movie is directed by Nithilan Swaminathan, known for his work on the acclaimed film "Kurangu Bommai." The music is composed by Ajaneesh Loknath, and Dinesh Purushothaman is the cinematographer.
Meanwhile, Vijay Sethupathi made his Bollywood debut with a villainous role as Kali, an arms dealer, in "Jawan."
Red Chillies Entertainment officially announced on Sunday that "Jawan" had entered the 300 crore club within three days.
