Magamuni Teaser: Arya does an intense act after a long time in this gripping thriller.

The film is directed by Santha Kumar whose last venture Mounaguru which was released in 2011 was critically and commercially successful.

The teaser looks dark and brooding with shades of crime and politics interwoven to it.

The trailer starts with the voice-over of Arya explaining about the human creation which is created with Jealous, Selfishness and greed which lead him to be what he is ‘Magamuni’.

It’s been a long time that Arya has done an intense role. This movie might be considered as his comeback.

The film stars Arya and Indhuja Ravichandran in lead roles, while actors Mahima Nambiar, Balasingh and Kaali Venkat and others play crucial supporting roles.

Also written by Santha Kumar, Magamuni is shot by Arun Padmanaban and the editing is done by National award-winning editor V.J Sabu Joseph. Magamuni features music by S.S Thaman, with whom the director had earlier collaborated in his debut film Mounaguru.

The film is bankrolled by K.E Gnanavel Raja under the banner Studio Green.
