Pushpaka Vimana was the first black comedy silent film directed by Singeetam Srinivasa Rao. ‘Mercury’ is yet another silent thriller in Indian cinema after 30 years.
Director Karthik Subbaraj known for movies like Pizza, Jigarthanda is back again with another horror thriller ‘Mercury’ starring Prabhu Deva, Sananth Reddy, Deepak Paramesh, Anish Padman, Shashank, and Remya Nambeesan in the lead roles. The team released the trailer yesterday and it has garnered around 2 million views already. The movie is slated to release on April 13th worldwide. Since Mercury is a silent film, it is being promoted as a no-language film and will be getting a grand release worldwide.
