The master craftsman, who has fine-tuned his acting skills to the point of perfection, has earned the admiration and affection of scores of not just fans, but also actors and professionals from across all film industries.

From the time he began his acting career as a young adult in 'Kalathur Kannamma' (1960) till 'Vikram', the first look of which was released on November 6, Kamal Haasan as an artiste has continued to impress consistently.

What's more, he seems to be getting better and better, outdoing himself each time he becomes a part of a project.

Kamal Haasan has announced a new, virtual avatar in the metaverse on his birthday.The actor has partnered with an Indian celebrity NFT and fan engagement platform to exclusively launch his digital avatars, NFTs and also his debut in the metaverse. The platform will be launching a game-based metaverse, wherein the prominent actor will have his own world.

This will give an opportunity for all of the star's fans across the globe to interact with him by exploring his world, interacting with his digital avatars, buying memorabilia and souvenirs - both physical and digital, meet and greet sessions and many other ways.

While the details of the metaverse and his virtual world have been kept under wraps for now, the platform has revealed that they will first launch a list of NFTs, which will bring Kamal fans closer to the icon.

Talking about this move, Kamal Haasan said in a press statement, “I am excited to explore the emerging intersection of digital and physical world, which is now becoming popularly known as metaverse..my life’s journey of over six decades have blurred the distinction between my personal and professional life will be my offering for this metaverse.”
