Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam's 'Thug Life's shoot is set to begin soon

The shooting of 'Thug Life' is scheduled to kick off on January 22 in Chennai, marking the beginning of the main filming phase. Despite the formal launch of the film last November, the delay in the commencement of the principal photography had left fans eagerly awaiting this announcement.

The movie is reported to be a periodic action drama, with Kamal Haasan portraying the character named Rangaraya Sakthivel Naicker. The first look of Haasan's character was previously revealed through the film's title teaser, heightening the anticipation for what promises to be an intriguing role.
