Jai’s 'Veerapandiyapuram' to be released on February 18

Jai and director Suseenthiran’s upcoming film ‘Veerapandiyapuram’ has created a lot of buzz recently. Recently the film has been certified U/A. It has also been announced by the makers that the film will be released in theatres on Feb 18.
The film, which has Jai, Meenakshi Govindarajan and Akansha Singh in the lead roles, was earlier titled ‘Shiva Shivaa’ and the makers of the film recently changed its title to ‘Veerapandiyapuram’.
The film’s trailer was released just a few days ago, raising the expectations of movie buffs. And the trailer seems to be garnering a lot of attention. The trailer was released on social media by several Kollywood stars, including Silambarasan TR, Vijay Sethupathi, Vishnu Vishal, Vijay Antonu, Arya, Sundeep Kishan, Sasikumar, Vikranth, Soori and Aadhi. From the trailer of the film, it is evident that movie buffs can expect a gripping action drama. And what’s interesting and exciting for Jai’s fans is that this film marks the actor’s debut as a music composer.
The film is produced by S Aishwarya under banner Lendi Studios. The other actors, who will be seen in this film, include Bala Saravanan, Kaali Venkat, Harish Uthaman, Jaya Prakash, Sathru, Sarath Yogesh, Aruldoss, Muthukumar and Ajay Prince.
