Jagan Aloysius directorial Tamil movie 'Evil' to hit the big screens this Friday

"Evil will be a completely different horror experience for the audience as I have drawn influence from some of the finest horror movies in Hollywood and have executed it in a way that is acceptable to the Tamil audience.", he says.

About the challenges faced during the shoot, Jagan Aloysius opens up that, "We faced many challenges during the shoot, 30% of the movie was shot in a haunted place, only 4 days we got permission to shoot so for that our team planned for going for a 24-hour shoot, which 4 we took only one break, rest 3 days continue to shoot artist all supported without any problem that leads us to complete 30% shoot. And in post-production time the hard disk got corrupted, and we sent for the recovery process and after recovery we got only 80% of the footage, again we did reshoot and the music director faced some problems when he started doing the background music keyboard got burned."

Director Jagan concluded the interview session by saying, "At a very young age, I have seen some paranormal moments, when I was going location hunting like abandoned hospitals, hotels, and churches. I felt some horrifying moments but it did not affect me mentally."

 'Evil's background score is composed by Jayathen Theesan, with Kiran Gaja and Sivabhaskar. Kalidas Neelkandan will be cranking the lens for the movie.
