"Iraivan" unveils the intense cat-and-mouse pursuit between a determined cop and a ruthless serial killer. The film's creators, presenting Jayam Ravi and Nayanthara, released its trailer.
Directed by I Ahmed, known for "Endrendrum Punnagai" and "Manithan," the trailer introduces Brahma (Rahul Bose), a sadistic murderer of young women, setting the stage for Arjun (Jayam Ravi), an upright cop determined to deliver justice. "Iraivan" promises commercial entertainment and features Yuvan Shankar Raja's music. Produced by Passion Studios, the film boasts cinematography by Hari K Vedanth and editing by Manikanda Balaji.
Scheduled for a September 28 release, it will be available in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. This marks the second collaboration between Jayam Ravi and Ahmed, following the unfinished big-budget spy thriller "Jana Gana Mana," also scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja, due to pandemic-related delays.
