Dhanush-starrer 'Naane Varuven' all set to release on September 30

Now, the latest buzz is that the film's trailer is planned to be released on September 11 and the film itself will hit the screens on September 30.

While an official announcement is yet to be made regarding the above, the fans are excited about the news doing the rounds on social media. Mani Ratnam's much-awaited magnum opus 'Ponniyin Selvan 1' is also set to release on September 30.

Produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu's V Creations, 'Naane Varuven', touted to be a thriller, stars Indhuja Ravichandran, Elli Av Ram, and Yogi Babu in the lead roles. The film also sees composer Yuvan Shankar Raja reuniting with Selvarghavan after a break. Interestingly, the film features Dhanush in a dual role and Selvaraghavan shares the screen space alongside Dhanush in a pivotal role.
