While the remake would be helmed by the husband-wife duo Pushkar-Gayathri, who had directed the original, the film will go on floors by March 2020. Last year, it was announced that the Hindi remake will be produced by Y NOT Studios and Plan C Studios, which is a collaboration of Reliance Entertainment and Neeraj Pandey’s Friday Filmworks.
