The creators of Keerthy Suresh's upcoming comedy film, Raghuthatha, offered a sneak peek into the movie on Tuesday. The unveiled poster features Keerthy's character, adorned with the title Raghuthatha, being transported through a village-like setting on a cart. The announcement accompanying the poster reveals that the film is slated for release soon.
Hombale Films, a prominent production house based in Karnataka, is supporting Raghuthatha, directed by Suman Kumar. Notably, Suman Kumar, a first-time director, was one of the writers behind the success of the Prime Video series The Family Man. This film marks Hombale Films' entry into Tamil cinema, following their blockbuster productions in Kannada, including KGF and Kantara.
The supporting cast of Raghuthatha includes MS Bhaskar, Devadarshini, Ravindra Vijay, Anandsamy, and Rajesh Balakrishnan. The storyline of the film is being kept under wraps for now.
The technical team behind Raghuthatha comprises cinematographer Yamini Yagnamurthy, music composer Sean Roldan, and editor TS Suresh. The film is yet to receive an official release date.
In her recent projects, Keerthy Suresh appeared in the Telugu remake of Vedalam, titled Bhola Shankar, starring Chiranjeevi. Upcoming films for the actor include Siren with Jayam Ravi, Revolver Rita, and Kannivedi.
