Tovino's 'Kalki' Will Hit This August.

On Tovino’s role in Kalki, one of the producers of the film Prasobh Krishna said in an interview to the Times of India much earlier, “His role is similar to Mammootty’s Inspector Balram that has a cult following. He will be seen throughout he movie as a cop. However, it doesn’t deal with investigations or anything but about a few incidents that happen in a place,” and added that the title Kalki was finalised because, “Kalki is said to be the final incarnation of Lord Vishnu and the harbinger of destruction. It’s in line with a few character traits of Tovino’s role but the similarity ends there.”

Wielding the megaphone for Kalki is Praveen Prabharam and he has jointly penned the script with Sujin Sujathan. Handling the cinematography for this film is Gautham Sankar and Jakes Bejoy is composing music. Kalki is bankrolled by Suvin K Krishna and Prasobh Krishna under the banner Little Big Films.
