Santosh Sivan’s 'Jack N Jill': A Sci-Fi Reel

It has been quite a while since ace cinematographer Santosh Sivan has donned the director’s robes. His last directorial was the Tamil film Inam in 2014. However, he has been busy doing the cinematography of several popular movies all this while. Now finally, Santosh is making comeback to direction with Jack N Jill.

The film has Kalidas Jayaram and Manju Warrier playing pivotal roles. The shooting of the film commenced last year and the scenes involving Manju Warrier has been wrapped up. The film’s cast also includes Soubin Shahir, Nedumudi Venu, Aju Varghese, Basil Joseph, Ramesh Pisharody and Suraj Venjaramoodu in supporting roles.

The film is bankrolled by the Dubai based company, Lensman Studios. Its technical crew comprises debut music director Ram Surendar with BK Harinarayanan penning the lyrics. Santosh Sivan is also cranking the camera for this venture with Renjith roped in for editing.
