Oru Kuprasidha Payyan Movie Review: The director Madhupal has decided to make a murder mystery this time and the best part about the film is Tovino Thomas's screen presence which is considered to be the biggest highlight of the film.

Most films in Malayalam don't heavily rely on any such weird tactics of making the film to make them successful. The only thing they heavily rely on is the story and good screenplay which makes their films perfect for the international level. Oru Kuprasidha Payyan is also quite like that which is just perfect for most of the intellectuals out there.

The film revolves around Ajayan (Tovino Thomas), an insecure orphan who was abandoned by his biological mother at a very young age and finds solace under his foster mother Chembakkal's (Sharanya Ponvannan) care. He works in a restaurant which is located in the small town of Kerala. Everything goes well until one day, he finds out that his foster mother has been murdered under gruesome circumstances and worse than that the entire blame goes to Ajayan. Even though, the whole neighbourhood knows that Ajayan is very innocent then how can he commit the murder?

Then begins the intense standoffs in court where he tries to convince that he is innocent but most of his pleas turn into a deaf ear. Who actually killed his foster mother? Was it a personal vendetta or a big secret which got her killed?

The screenplay is done in a very smart manner and the best part about the film is the pace at which the film flows smoothly. You don't feel bored while watching and you will want to stay until you know who the real killer is.

Tovino Thomas plays his part to perfection in the film and there is not even a single dull moment in the film which will compel you to not watch him in the film.

The supporting cast especially Nedumudi Venu and Nimisha Sajayan play their roles perfectly as lawyers in the film.

More than the direction, the cinematography and the music of the film is properly taken care of in the film. That's the biggest plus point of the film. Most of the actors put up a natural show in the film.

Overall, this film is a delicious fare to enjoy in the theatres and make sure you finish all your important breaks like updating your social media status to loo breaks to snack breaks as you have to watch the entire flick to understand the story properly.
