One Malayalam New Teaser Out on the occasion of Mammootty's 69th birthday.

On actor Mammootty’s 69th birthday today, the team of his upcoming political thriller film One has launched the teaser of the film.

The teaser was released through his son and actor Dulquer Salmaan’s page. Sharing the teaser, Dulquer captioned the video thus: ‘It gives me great pleasure to launch the teaser of Vappichi’s exciting new project on his birthday. #fanboyfirst #Sep7 #One #forevernumerouno’

The teaser starts with a mass entry of Mammootty’s character Kadakkal Chandran, who is the Chief Minister of Kerala. It also features a punch dialogue by the character, who hints he plays for the gallery, as it is meant for the common man, and is shown coming out of the Kerala Assembly hall, with his staff. Decked up in the signature white and white attire of Kerala politicians, Mammootty looks quite the part and teaser goes on to wish the actor ‘Happy Birthday Mammukka.’ 

One, which also has State Award winner actress Nimisha Sajayan playing Kadakkal Chandran’s sister Lathika’s character, has Joju George, Ranjith, Salim Kumar, Madhu, Shankar Ramakrishnan, Mamukkoya, Balachandra Menon, Jagadish, Aaryan Krishna Menon, Suresh Krishna, Sudev Nair, Mathew Thomas, Ishaani Krishna, Krishnakumar and more as part of the cast. Joju George plays a notable character named Babychayan, who is a party secretary in the film. Murali Gopi is cast as Madamballi Jayanandhan, who is the leader of the opposition party in the story. ‘Parasparam’ fame actress Gayathri Arun plays the role of Teena, who is a private company

The film is written by renowned scriptwriters Bobby and Sanjay and has Gopi Sundar as the music director. Its editing is by Nishadh Yusuf, and costumes are by Akshaya Prithvirajan.
