'John Luther': Jayasurya to handle unique role

Malayalam actor Jayasurya in the upcoming movie ‘John Luther’, once again proves that he is a master at handling unique roles. Recently the makers unveiled an intriguing trailer for the film that has literally amped up the expectation levels of the audience.

The trailer opens with a group of police officers investigating a mysterious accident case and Jayasurya plays a police officer character who is embarked on a mission to solve the mystery behind the accident and missing persons. At a point, Jayasurya’s character is seen suffering a unilateral hearing impairment following an accident. The story of ‘John Luther’ is set in Devikulam, Munnar.

‘John Luther’ is helmed by the debutant Abhijith Joseph and Roby Varghese Raj who is best known for the films ‘Puthiya Niyamam’, ‘The Great Father’, and ‘Captain’, will crank the lens for the film. Shaan Rahman is in charge of composing the music, whereas Praveen Prabhakar will handle the editing department. The film also has the actors Deepak Parambol, Siddique, Drishya Raghunath, and Athmeeya Rajan in pivotal roles.
