Directed by Jithu Madhavan, the film has garnered impressive box office numbers, amassing over Rs 141 crore globally and Rs 77 crore domestically, marking it as one of this year's most successful releases. The decision to bring the film to OTT just 28 days after its theatrical debut has raised eyebrows, especially considering its strong performance at the box office.

The plot of 'Aavesham' unfolds entirely in Bengaluru and revolves around three newcomers – Aju, Bibin, and Shanthan – who seek retribution against their abusive seniors. Their encounter with the enigmatic gangster Ranga, portrayed by Fahadh Faasil, alters their fate. The film is set to start streaming on Prime Video on May 9.
