'Yaanaa' Kannada Movie Trailer: Three vibrant young girls set for a Goa trip.

The trailer starts with the quote saying, 'The only impossible journey is the one you never begin' this gives us the gist of the film. Yaana itself means journey in Kannada.

The trailer introduces us to three vibrant youngsters who are set for a Goa trip and how they meet their love life and faces problems during the course of the journey is the crux of the film.

The film’s trailer was released at the Kalavidara Sangha, Chamarajpet, on June 28. The other surprise element of this event was the chief guest, which was kept a secret till the last minute. It was none other than the ‘Rocking Star’ Yash, who was invited to release the trailer.

Amidst great fanfare, Yash walked on to the stage and said that as he watched the young talents and the manner in which they spoke to the audience and the media, “reminded me of myself during my initial days, especially my first film Moggina Manasu. It was also a romantic film just as Yaana and had three heroes and heroines.” In fact, Yash was paired opposite Radhika Pandit, who went on to be his wife.

Vijaylakshmi Singh and her actor husband Jai Jagdish became emotional during the launch. Vijaylakshmi, who also happens to be the sister of the award-winning film director Rajendra Singh Babu, revealed that Yaana is a four-year effort —two years for the script-writing and casting and two years for the making of the film. She also announced thatYaana will be released on July 12.

The film is produced by Harish Sherigar, dialogues by Suni, and has the story, screenplay, and direction by Vijaylakshmi.
