The release of this year's first pan-India film from the Kannada industry, Upendra's 'Kabzaa', is eagerly awaited on March 17th to witness what R Chandru got in store to unleash from this period gangster drama. Also, the film will be having premiere shows one day before the release in Canada.
All eyes are on this film and are waiting to see what kind of magic or history will 'Kabzaa' be doing this year for Kannada cinema. Earlier, Kannada cinema getting an overseas release was a big task to find distributors and allocate shows. This was all in the past but after 'KGF' franchise broke all the notions of breaching the market barriers and 'Kantara' furthermore stormed the international markets made things very easy for all the directors who want to dream big for the Kannada industry.
Upendra, being a well-known face across the country for his versatile works, is promoting the film aggressively. The teaser of 'Kabzaa' is a smash hit with movie buffs as the teaser amazed record views on Youtube. 'Kabzaa' having similarities with 'KGF' in terms of the period set up and color tone of the film, is expected to repeat 'KGF' history to take Kannada cinema to new glory.
Director R Chandru who is also producing the film is ensuring to see that 'Kabzaa' gets a solid release everywhere by tying up with the best distributors across other languages. The Canada distributor of 'Kabzaa' is working out all the arrangements for 'Kabzaa' premiere shows on a big scale.
