Sandalwood movie Shuddhi gets a special screening for The Japanese Association

Shuddhi is a Kannada crime drama which mainly stars Nivedhitha, Lauren Spartano and Amrutha Karagada in the lead roles.
Shuddhi which was released on 17th March 2017 was a box office hit and a treat to Sandalwood lovers. Ryuzo Araki, a Japanese national who works in the city had watched the movie in theaters last year. As he was impressed by the movie and found the subject relevant to both Japanese and Indian audience, he decided to screen it for the member of The Japanese Association of Bangalore on Sunday. Director Adarsh H. Eshwarappa mentioned the updates in a facebook post. Shuddhi is based on the story of an American girl's spiritual journey in India, after she befriends two female journalists who are fighting against the country's lenient Juvenile Justice Act.
