Rishab Shetty's 'Kantara' is all set to be released on 30 Sep, 2022

The teaser and the trailer of 'Kantara' showed the Kambala race which attracted the people instantly and started wondering how the sequence was shot. Rishab Shetty did the race scene without a body double!

Rishab Shetty released the first episode of ‘The World Of Kantara’, a series that delves into the nitty-gritty showing the making of 'Kantara'. The Kambala scene was not part of his plan when Rishab initially wrote the story of the film. It was only when he began idealising how to establish his character Shiva and the rage in him that made Rishab think of Kambala.

The actual filming of the sequence reportedly took about 24 hours to get all the possible shots from different camera angles, which also meant that Rishab had to give a take, come and check on the monitor if it was okay, indeed, and then go back for another, since he was multi-tasking as actor and director.
